How do I receive the online products I’ve purchased?
If you have ordered an online product you will receive an email which will contain a link to your downloadable resource.
If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder. (If you’re using Gmail, you may need to look under the Updates tab).

Each purchase of a digital download comes with a limit of 2 downloads. Once you download to your device you can access it as many times as you like.
Where can you ship to?
We can ship anywhere in the world from our location in Sydney, Australia.
Who do you use to deliver my parcels?
We deliver through Australia Post.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Once your order is in the post the following delivery times apply.
Australian Standard Delivery: 2-7 Business days, depending on your location.
Australian Express Delivery: Next day guaranteed delivery to Australian capital cities.
International: 7-28 Business days
International parcels will be shipped by Australia Post to the country of destination. Once in that country the parcel is then delivered through its local postal authority to you.
For the delivery time to where you live, please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here, and enter 2100 as the ‘From postcode’.
Please allow at least one business day for processing orders. Please note that these times are a guide only. After we ship an item, the delivery is completely out of our control. If you have a specific timeframe, it is recommended you choose the Express Post option.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order ONLY if it is a shippable, physical product and it has not been dispatched.
If you have selected a downloadable product, you are unable to cancel your order if it has already been received.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If your order was damaged or not as described when you received it, we are happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds can only be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase and they must be accompanied by an invoice.
If a product is returned for any other reason other than it being damaged or not as described, the customer is liable for postage.
Refunds are not offered for downloadable products.
